Use Supra with SolidJS
Learn how to create a Supra project, add some sample data to your database, and query the data from a SolidJS app.
Set up a Supra project with sample data
Create a new project in the Supra Dashboard.
After your project is ready, create a table in your Supra database using the SQL Editor in the Dashboard. Use the following SQL statement to create a countries table with some sample data.
Create a SolidJS app
Create a SolidJS app using the degit command.
Install the Supra client library
The fastest way to get started is to use the supra-js client library which provides a convenient interface for working with Supra from a SolidJS app.
Navigate to the SolidJS app and install supra-js.
Query data from the app
In App.jsx, create a Supra client using your Project URL and public API (anon) key.
Add a getCountries function to fetch the data and display the query result to the page.
Start the app
Start the app and go to http://localhost:4000 in a browser and you should see the list of countries.
